Limitation of Liability

• Shipping Liability: eCom Global partners with third-party shipping carriers for the delivery of products. We are not liable for any issues that arise from shipping and delivery, including but not limited to delays, damage, or loss of goods.
• Profit Guarantee: We hold liability solely if you do not achieve any profit within 12 months of engaging our services. In such cases, eCom Global will offer a buyback of your store and provide a partial refund. Profit updates are available annually, and it is the client’s responsibility to request this update. 

Refund

• Clients are eligible for a partial refund under the condition that their e-commerce store does not generate profit within 12-18 months of operation under eCom Global’s management.
• If a Marketplace suspends the Client’s Store, eCom Global commits to appealing and working towards account recovery within 5-15 Business Days, continuing efforts until the suspension is lifted and the account returns to active status. Should eCom Global be unable to recover the suspended account, we will proceed to open and establish a new account/store on behalf of the Client, acknowledging this process may be extensive. In instances where the client is dissatisfied due to the suspension resulting from poor management/negligence on our part, eCom Global will offer a customized refund.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to support@ecomglobal.us, along with a detailed account of the issue and any relevant documentation.
• Refund requests for self-empowerment series (webinars, seminars) should be submitted at least 3 days before the program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eCom Global and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA.

Changes to Terms

eCom Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
